Delicious slow cooker meatballs inspired by Salisbury steak, perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place the sliced onion and mushrooms in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the meatballs on top of the vegetables.
- Pour beef broth over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a complete meal.
