Description

These chicken wings are cooked slowly to achieve a tender and juicy texture, infused with flavorful seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder to create the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken wings in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the wings are tender and juicy.
  5. Once done, remove the wings and broil for 5 minutes for crispy skin if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chili flakes if you prefer spicy wings. Ensure the slow cooker is at least half full for even cooking.
