- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the wings are tender and juicy.
- Once done, remove the wings and broil for 5 minutes for crispy skin if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili flakes if you prefer spicy wings. Ensure the slow cooker is at least half full for even cooking.
