A fun twist on burgers and quesadillas, featuring smashed beef patties in a cheesy tortilla wrap.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- Optional: ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into balls.
- Place one ball of beef in the skillet and smash it flat with a spatula.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining beef portions.
- In the same skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
- Add a smashed beef patty, onions, and pickles on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add burger sauce or your favorite condiments.
