Description

These cookies combine the creamy texture of cheesecake with the gooey chocolate and peanut butter of Reeses, making them an irresistible treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Reeses peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped Reeses and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For extra gooeyness, add more Reeses.
