A zesty sauce made with mayonnaise, mustard, and spices, perfect for seafood or sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Creole mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, and paprika.
- Stir until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with your favorite dishes.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the amount of hot sauce and horseradish. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
