- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Brush the glaze over the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and glazed.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more chili flakes. Pair with rice or vegetables.
