Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, increase the red pepper flakes. Serve with pasta or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
