Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, increase the red pepper flakes. Serve with pasta or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
