- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 500g ground beef
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, ground beef, jalapeños, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
