- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
- Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, and beef mixture.
- Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the mixture.
- Place in a baking dish, cover with marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
