Ingredients

  • 8 cannelloni tubes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
  2. Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, and beef mixture.
  6. Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the mixture.
  7. Place in a baking dish, cover with marinara and mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
