Description

A flavorful vegetarian dish featuring spinach, creamy feta cheese, and roasted garlic, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Roast the garlic cloves in olive oil for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, feta, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
