A cheesy and delicious pasta bake featuring spinach and ricotta, perfect for an easy family dinner.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cooked pasta until well combined.
- Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the pasta mixture on top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated; bake when ready to serve for the best results.
