Description

A cheesy and delicious pasta bake featuring spinach and ricotta, perfect for an easy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach and cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Add the pasta mixture on top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated; bake when ready to serve for the best results.
