A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender strips of steak, succulent shrimp, and chewy noodles tossed in a savory sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz fresh lo mein or udon noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the wok.
- Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Add the bell pepper and broccoli to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the wok. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
