- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
 - 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup ketchup
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon steak sauce
 - 1 teaspoon mustard
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 hamburger buns
 - Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato
 
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
 - Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, and mustard; simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Spoon the mixture onto hamburger buns and add optional toppings.
 
Notes
For a juicier version, use 80/20 ground beef and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before serving.
