Description

Soft and chewy cookies filled with fresh strawberries and creamy centers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped strawberries and heavy cream.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the dough.
