- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Optional: Graham crackers for layering
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the sliced bananas and chopped strawberries into the pudding mixture.
- Layer the pudding mixture in serving glasses or a dish, alternating with whipped topping and graham crackers if using.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
- Serve cold, garnished with extra strawberry slices if desired.
Notes
For a healthier version, use sugar-free pudding mix and low-fat milk. This pudding tastes best when made with ripe, sweet bananas.
