Description

Delicious bite-sized treats made from strawberry cake, perfect for parties or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using eggs, water, and oil.
  3. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the cream cheese frosting and chopped strawberries until well combined.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat.
  8. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

Notes

For a vegan version, use egg substitutes and dairy-free frosting and chocolate.
