Ingredients

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 cups white chocolate chips for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using eggs, water, and oil.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Mix in the cream cheese frosting and chopped strawberries until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat.
- Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
Notes
For a vegan version, use egg substitutes and dairy-free frosting and chocolate.
