Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
