Description

Delicious crinkle cookies made with strawberry cake mix, perfect for a sweet treat with a fruity twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  4. Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  5. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
