- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture into small balls and roll them in the graham cracker mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
