Description

Delicious bite-sized treats featuring a creamy cheesecake filling mixed with fresh strawberries and a crunchy graham cracker coating.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  5. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into small balls and roll them in the graham cracker mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
