These strawberry cheesecake stuffed donuts are a decadent treat with a soft donut exterior filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- While the dough rises, prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and chopped strawberries.
- Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes, then let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Once cooled, pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of each donut.
Notes
For the best results, use fresh strawberries and serve warm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
