Description

Soft and fluffy sweet rolls filled with a strawberry cheesecake mixture, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • Dough: 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • Filling: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Step 2: Add sugar, melted butter, and eggs; mix well.
  3. Step 3: Gradually add flour and knead until a dough forms; let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Step 4: Roll out dough and spread with cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
  5. Step 5: Roll up and slice into rolls; place in a baking pan.
  6. Step 6: Bake at 350Β°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
