- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the flour until combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool slightly, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
