Description

A melt-in-your-mouth treat featuring strawberry and chocolate chip flavors in snowball cookies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the flour until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool slightly, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
