- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and store cookies in an airtight container.
