Easy and delicious strawberry rolls with cream cheese filling and a crumble topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar for crumble
- 1/2 cup oats for crumble
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese to the dry mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the melted butter into the mixture and form into rolls.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and oats for the crumble topping.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Best served warm.
