Description

Easy and delicious strawberry rolls with cream cheese filling and a crumble topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar for crumble
  • 1/2 cup oats for crumble

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese to the dry mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the mixture and form into rolls.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and oats for the crumble topping.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble over the rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Best served warm.
