A delicious no-bake cheesecake with fresh strawberries and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
For a firmer cheesecake, chill overnight. Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
