Description

A decadent dessert combining the crunch of strawberries with creamy banana pudding in a cheesecake base.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry cereal for topping
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in mashed bananas and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
  6. Spread strawberry jam over the cooled cheesecake and top with crushed strawberry cereal.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving; garnish with whipped cream.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries in the topping and ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled before slicing.
