A decadent dessert combining the crunch of strawberries with creamy banana pudding in a cheesecake base.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup crushed strawberry cereal for topping
- 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
- Fold in mashed bananas and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
- Spread strawberry jam over the cooled cheesecake and top with crushed strawberry cereal.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving; garnish with whipped cream.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries in the topping and ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled before slicing.
