  • Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8 1x

Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy banana pudding, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy vanilla wafer topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup strawberry-flavored cereal or freeze-dried strawberries, crushed for crunch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a serving dish or individual cups, layer the pudding mixture, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and crushed vanilla wafers.
  4. Repeat layers as desired, ending with a layer of crushed cereal or freeze-dried strawberries on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a more intense strawberry flavor, use strawberry pudding mix instead. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
