Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberry cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of each liner.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the liners and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool, then top with strawberry jam and crushed cereal.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
