Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecakes with a strawberry crunch topping, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberry cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the liners and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool, then top with strawberry jam and crushed cereal.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
