- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- For frosting: Mix pureed strawberries, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled cookies.
Notes
