Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • For the topping: 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour batter over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  5. Cool in oven with door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
