- 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- For the topping: 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Pour batter over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool in oven with door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
