- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 2 sheets nori seaweed
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice in 4 cups of water according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; stir into the cooked rice and let it cool.
- Press the rice onto a greased pizza pan to form a crust and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Layer the nori sheets on the rice crust.
- Add toppings: shrimp, salmon, avocado, and cucumber.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute shrimp and salmon with tofu or mushrooms. Ensure all fish is fresh and properly handled.
