A simple crockpot recipe featuring sweet chili flavored meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or as an appetizer. Adjust sweetness to taste.
