Description

A hearty fusion of taco flavors and spaghetti for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water to the beef; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and cheese until well combined.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to taste.
