Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water to the beef; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti and cheese until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to taste.
