Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled hard-boiled eggs in a clean glass jar.
  2. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, salt, sugar, peppercorns, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil and stir until salt and sugar dissolve.
  3. Remove the brine from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the warm brine over the eggs in the jar, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.

Notes

For best results, let the eggs pickle for 3-4 days. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks.
