- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat all ingredients evenly; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of teriyaki sauce. Adjust the sauce quantity based on desired spiciness.
