Delicious lasagna roll ups filled with sausage and three cheeses, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on each cooked lasagna noodle and top with sausage.
  4. Roll up the noodles and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and bake at 375Β°F for 25 minutes.
