- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture on each cooked lasagna noodle and top with sausage.
- Roll up the noodles and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and bake at 375Β°F for 25 minutes.
