Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
  4. Add green food coloring and mix gently.
  5. Pipe the meringue into tree shapes on the prepared sheets.
  6. Bake for 1-2 hours until dry, then cool completely.
