A rich and chewy bar cookie loaded with butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans for a deliciously sweet and easy treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pecans, coconut, and butterscotch chips evenly over the crust. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
