For the Crust:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans, coconut, and butterscotch chips evenly over the crust. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
