Description
A spicy and tropical twist on pork chops with jerk seasoning and fresh fruits.
Ingredients

- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, pineapple juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place pork chops in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145Β°F.
- In the last few minutes, add mango slices and bell pepper to the grill for charring.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra chili flakes to the marinade. Pairs well with coconut rice.
