A vibrant, sweet, and tangy salsa that combines fresh strawberries, pineapple, and jalapeño for a refreshing tropical twist. Perfect as a dip or a topping for grilled fish or chicken.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, and salt until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
