For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, and salt until the honey is dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
