Description

Easy-to-make turkey stuffing balls that are perfect for holidays, combining breadcrumbs, turkey, and herbs for a savory side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, ground turkey, onion, garlic, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, egg, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
