- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, ground turkey, onion, garlic, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, egg, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
