For the Crust:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let crostini cool slightly, then top each with a piece of torn burrata.
- Layer prosciutto and peach slices on top of the burrata. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle with basil, and season with salt and pepper.
