A decadent cheesecake featuring a creamy filling and fresh strawberries on top.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Strawberry topping: 1 cup strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry preserves before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and let the cheesecake chill overnight.
