A heart-shaped cheesecake perfect for Valentine’s Day, featuring a creamy filling and a graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of heart-shaped molds.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust in the molds.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use heart-shaped silicone molds for the best shape. Garnish with fresh strawberries for an extra touch.
