A delightful fudge inspired by sugar cookies, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (16 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Red food coloring (as needed)
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the granulated sugar and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar cookie dough, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Add red food coloring to achieve a pink hue, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. For a festive touch, use heart-shaped molds.
