Description

A delightful fudge inspired by sugar cookies, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 package (16 oz) sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring (as needed)
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar cookie dough, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Add red food coloring to achieve a pink hue, mixing well.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Top with sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. For a festive touch, use heart-shaped molds.
