Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150Β°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
- Fold in vanilla seeds, cornstarch, and vinegar.
- Shape the meringue into a wreath on the tray.
- Bake for 1 hour, then cool in the oven.
- Top with whipped cream, cranberries, and rosemary.
