Description

A festive wreath-shaped pavlova infused with vanilla bean, topped with cranberries and rosemary for a snowy effect.


Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150Β°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
  4. Fold in vanilla seeds, cornstarch, and vinegar.
  5. Shape the meringue into a wreath on the tray.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then cool in the oven.
  7. Top with whipped cream, cranberries, and rosemary.

Notes
