Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm almond milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and softened vegan butter to the dry ingredients; knead until a dough forms.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread the cream cheese mixture and strawberries in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling to form a danish shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled danish and serve.
