- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1 tsp raspberry extract
- For the coating:
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate with heavy cream over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- 2. Remove from heat and stir in raspberry jam and extract.
- 3. Refrigerate mixture for 1-2 hours until firm.
- 4. Roll into balls.
- 5. Dip in melted white chocolate and roll in cocoa powder.
- 6. Chill until set.
