Instructions

- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly, then roll in the remaining powdered sugar.
