A flavorful delight of Asian-inspired tuna cakes served with spicy mayo.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with spicy mayo made from mixing 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon sriracha.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the patties at 400Β°F for 15 minutes instead of frying.
