- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry and top with honey and figs.
- Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
