Description

A delicious appetizer featuring brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry, sweetened with honey and figs.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry and top with honey and figs.
  4. Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
